Ryan turned 7 on February 7th. He was lucky to have his birthday on a Saturday. He invited some of his friends to go race cars at the Teton Spectrum Raceway in Idaho Falls. Tony took him and they were able to ride the track 7 times each. Usually you can only get about 2-3 rides in an hour but there was no one else there so they just let them keep on going. I think they had a great time. I was in charge of the cake decorating while they were gone. It was supposed to look like a monster truck. I think it looks more like a pig. It was what Ryan wanted though. He said it looked awesome and his friends thought it was cool. Boys are a lot harder than girls when it comes to birthday ideas. Tony got Ryan a remote control car, (the real kind). He has been outside with that car since Sat. It is water proof so he can go in the snow and any where he wants too. Tony got his truck fixed and has been outside with Ryan. Tony's isn't water proof so he has to be careful. We went to Craigo's Pizza for dinner and got their buffet. Really good! I am so happy that Ryan is in my family. He is a delight! He loves me and Tony and his brothers and sisters. He is always helpful and kind. I just love him so much! He will be a great leader some day...I just know it!
Happy Birthday, Ryan! Looks like your day was awesome! My kids keep asking me, "When can we go see Ryan again"... I guess it's about time for a visit.

ReplyDeleteYou did a great job on the cake and you did it fast. I was on the phone with you and you hadn't even started decorating it while they were at the race track. You are amazing to me. I am glad he had a great birthday and we love him.
