This year Nana and Grandpa Harward had a special day planned for all of us! It started with a trip to the movie "The Tale of Desperaux". Then it was our annual fondue dinner which is by far the best holiday tradition in the world! We eat till we are sick! Then we went downstairs and opened our "Grinch" jammies. We were all matching and it was so fun! Then we all told what we loved about each other. That was a real treat. Everyone likes to hear what people love about them. Then there was a special guest who showed up...he was green, and tall, and scary! The grinch made a special appearance. He told us his story and we got to sit on his lap. Jamison kept turning back to me saying "he's not real?!?" Almost a statement but really a question. It was cute. After the grinch left we opened our family gift from the person who drew our name for the year. Then we played games until 3:oo a.m. I was happy that church wasn't until 11:00. We had so much fun and really enjoyed our time with the ones we love.
I love Chandler's face! What a cute idea. Our Stake President told us at our meeting on Sunday (the one where they announced our new ward boundaries) that we should all be more like the Grinch! Of course, he meant that our hearts should grow to include our new ward members. It was pretty funny!
